The room is a bit small and a liitle outdated. There was no bathtub., the bar and coffee area is too small. However, the facilities were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and really well designed ~It is comfortable that my kids enjoyed it a lot. The towels and the shower area were also clean and fresh. But disappointed that there was no steam room, which I always looked out for when in a hotel. The gym is average. The breakfast was remarkable! It is definitely an 5-star hotel breakfast trademark and I was not disappoint. The unlimited barista coffees and freshly squeezed veggies and fruit juices made me happy.

The building had wonderful character & history and the staff were very obliging and it actually felt accommodating - as if they wanted us to enjoy our stay (which we did, thoroughly!) The room was very clean and the King size bed was super comfortable & warm. Our breakfast was included in our fare & it was fabulous! I would say the best hotel breakfast I’ve had anywhere around the world. There were 4 of us & we all agreed it was a wonderful hotel, the location was excellent and we would definitely be going back soon!

Good location, everyone knows the street and you could literally eat or drink as you step out. The hotel has entrances on both sides - Collins as well as Little Collins Street. It is located in the free zone Tram area. The rooms are excellent, though the washrooms are smaller as compared to other hotels(where we stayed). Breakfast is good. They gave small activity books to my kids when we checked in, which was a nice gesture.

Absolutely loved our stay; especially the staff who were amazing! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and ready to help. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The breakfast is even better than you’d expect, we were so spoilt for choice! If you can think of it, they have it and their service is second to none. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The Architecture and history of the Hotel. The Hotel and Room was clean. The Buffet breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food from omelettes, cured meats and cheeses, fruits, cereals, juices, bread and pastry items. Great coffee and you can make your own fresh vegetable/fruit juice. Unfortunately, Gluten Free options were lacking at both the Breakfast and Level 4 Club Room.
